Dear Retired Colleague,

We were as disgusted as you to receive a copy of the correspondence you received from the District (see my letter printed on the back of this letter).

New York State Supreme Court Judge Patrick NeMoyer, on Friday, March 16, issued an injunction preventing the District from terminating any retiree’s health care based upon the form you received.

We will be pursuing a grievance to ensure that you receive no such despicable threats again.

Be assured that we are still here for you and will not let this Superintendent, Board or District commit such acts with impunity.
