Re:      Inexplicable Return of Student to a School

Enclosed, please find a very troubling series of events.

Why on earth would we send this student back to this school?  It certainly isn’t in the student’s interest.

Indeed, what is being done to provide this student with the additional assistance that he obviously needs? 

The handling and disposition of this case is very troubling.
