BTF ANALYSIS SHOWS CHARTER SCHOOL SEGREGATION

         BUFFALO, NEW YORK (Tuesday, June 29, 2004) – BTF President, Philip Rumore, today released a letter to the Board of Regents once again calling for a moratorium based on segregation in Buffalo charter schools. Please see attached letter for complete text.
